- Contact & lead form data: name, email, phone, and market/interest details you submit through our forms.
- Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited, to improve the site.
How We Use Information
- To deliver purchased products, leads, and course access.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact and lead forms.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, account confirmations) and, if you opt in, occasional newsletters.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.
How We Store & Protect Data
Account and form data is stored with Supabase using row-level security, so a customer's own data is only readable by that customer and by authorized administrators. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers that operate the platform (Supabase for the database, Stripe for payments) as needed to deliver our services.
Your Choices
- You can update or delete your account information at any time from your account dashboard.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.
- You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing info@floridabuyerleads.com.
