These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FloridaBuyerLeads.com, operated by Surprise Of Life LLC. By creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
Use Of The Platform
You may use FloridaBuyerLeads to browse and purchase digital products, buyer lead packages, training courses, and membership plans for your own personal or business use. Reselling or redistributing our digital products without written permission is prohibited.
Buyer Leads
Leads are pre-screened for accuracy and intent at the time of delivery, but no lead provider can guarantee that a lead converts to a closed transaction. Exclusive-territory leads are not resold to a second buyer within the same territory during the exclusivity period stated at purchase.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Digital products are covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase; buyer lead packages and membership subscription charges already used are non-refundable once leads have been delivered or the billing period has started. Subscriptions (Elite Agency Pack, Membership) can be canceled anytime from your account dashboard and will not renew for the next billing period.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@floridabuyerleads.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Affiliate Program
Affiliate commissions are paid weekly on verified, non-refunded sales referred through your unique link, at the rates published on the Marketplace page at the time of the sale. Self-referrals and fraudulent traffic are not eligible for commission.
Limitation Of Liability
The platform and its content are provided "as is." Surprise Of Life LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of buyer leads, digital products, or training content, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
